Tatum is a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, who works with clients in the Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells areas in Kent, and has the equipment required to travel to the client to provide the ultimate in convenient and personalised training. Or if you'd prefer, Tatum also offers sessions at her home studio based in Tonbridge.

Tatum draws on her 20 years experience at the athletics track, and the knowledge she has gathered from some of the best physiotherapists and analysts from around the world to give you straight-to-the-point advice about running technique, shoes and biomechanics

How it works

To begin, Tatum will assess your fitness profile; go through with you your fitness goals and aspirations, any fears you may have, and analyse your body biomechanics. From there Tatum will devise a totally bespoke programme unique to you.

From this point, Tatum will periodically assess improvements to ensure that everything is on track for reaching your goals.

Tatum will do sessions for 2-3 people at a time too!


Personal training sessions can be bought on an individual basis, or blocks of 5 or 10 sessions at a discounted rate. Please email or call for further details.
